A birth coach is there to support you, your partner, and your medical team as you make the journey towards the best birth experience possible. Little acts of service like getting your partner a snack or reminding you of your strength go a long way. Where they shine is in helping labor along and in non-pharmacologic pain management. Did you know that birth coaches/doulas can help you make the most of your epidural, too? They can help you prepare for a beautiful, family centered birth even in the event of a planned or unplanned c-section. Have you ever heard of a family centered c-section? We’re here for it all!
